is there a way to overwrite the last image eachtime?
right now each time there is a new file with a new filename

Welcome to GrabzIt's online community. It should overwrite the file if you give it the same filename each time, however by default it creates a unique filename everytime a screenshot is created. So you need to untick 'Default Filename?' and specify your own filename.
